Terms of Use

1. The service

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Beauty Princess and Co., Thrasymachou 7, Athens 10442, Greece, for your use of Live Intelligence.

Live Intelligence is a browser-based service for following and translating public TikTok LIVE comments, translating text, saving reusable comments, organizing supporter information, keeping LIVE records, and managing account and subscription information. Live Intelligence is independent from TikTok and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by TikTok.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, securing devices on which you are signed in, and all activity performed through your account.

You may not share access in a way that defeats account restrictions, impersonate another person, or create accounts for abusive, deceptive, or unlawful purposes. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid access is offered through Live Intelligence Pro. Available billing periods, prices, taxes, currencies, and payment methods are displayed before you confirm a purchase in Stripe Checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period unless cancellation is scheduled before renewal. You can review invoices, eligible plan changes, payment methods, and cancellation options through the Stripe Customer Portal available from My Subscription.

4. Free trial

Eligible new accounts receive a 7-day free trial. The trial begins when the account is created and does not restart when a paid subscription is changed, cancelled, or resumed.

If the trial expires without active paid or complimentary access, protected product features become unavailable. Your account and saved workspace data are not automatically deleted because a trial expires.

5. Complimentary access

Some accounts may receive complimentary access without a Stripe subscription. Complimentary access is discretionary, non-transferable, and may be subject to the conditions communicated when it is granted.

Where the product displays Lifetime Access, no Stripe billing action is required for that access. Mandatory legal rights are not affected.

6. Acceptable use

Use Live Intelligence lawfully and in a way that respects other people, third-party services, and the stability of the product.

• Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass usage limits, interfere with the service, or automate abusive requests.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content.
• Do not use Live Intelligence to violate TikTok rules or the rights of livestream participants.
• Do not resell, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

7. AI-assisted translation

Translations may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for a particular context. Language, slang, usernames, and fast-moving LIVE conversations can affect quality.

You must review translated content and use your own judgment before relying on it, publishing it, or taking action based on it. Live Intelligence is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, financial, or emergency translation.

8. Your content and responsibilities

You remain responsible for text, saved comments, supporter information, LIVE records, and other content you enter or choose to use. Only submit information you have a lawful basis to process.

You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant us the limited permission needed to process that content solely to operate and support the service.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Connections to third-party services, internet conditions, maintenance, security events, and circumstances outside our control may affect access or performance.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may manage an eligible paid subscription through the Customer Portal. Cancelling a subscription normally schedules cancellation at the end of the current paid billing period.

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, breach of these Terms, abuse, or protection of the service and its users. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

11. Intellectual property

Live Intelligence, its software, design, branding, and service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

TikTok, Stripe, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Live Intelligence is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that every translation, connection, or feature will meet every requirement.

We are not responsible for decisions made solely from translated content, third-party platform availability, or content supplied by users or third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
