1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how Live Intelligence uses cookies and similar browser storage. Cookies are small pieces of data associated with a website; local storage keeps preference data in your browser.

2. Essential and authentication cookies

Live Intelligence uses an essential session cookie after successful sign-in. It is required to authenticate requests, maintain the signed-in session, and protect access to the account.

Because this cookie is necessary to provide the service you request, it cannot be disabled through an optional cookie preference panel. Blocking it in your browser prevents authenticated features from working.

3. Preference storage

Browser local storage remembers choices such as interface language, explicit translation-language selection, favorite languages, and recently selected languages. These preferences improve continuity between visits on the same browser.

Preference storage does not itself provide authentication. Clearing browser data resets these local choices.

4. Analytics and advertising cookies

Live Intelligence does not currently use optional advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking cookies on its public or authenticated pages.

Operational server measurements may still be generated when the service handles requests. If optional analytics cookies are introduced, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested where required.

5. Third-party pages

Stripe Checkout and the Stripe Customer Portal are hosted by Stripe. Cookies or browser storage used on those pages are controlled by Stripe and described in Stripe's own privacy and cookie information.

Following a link to another service means that service's policies apply to its page.

6. Managing cookies and browser storage

Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies and local storage through privacy settings. You can also clear site data for Live Intelligence.

Blocking essential cookies or clearing them while signed in will end or prevent the session. Clearing preference storage removes saved browser choices but does not delete account or workspace records.
