1. Who is responsible for your data

This policy explains the information processed when you visit, register for, or use Live Intelligence.

2. Information we collect

We process information you provide, information generated through your use of the service, and limited technical information needed to operate and protect Live Intelligence.

• Account details such as email address, username, display name, country, time zone, interface language, and password credentials in protected form.
• Subscription status, selected billing period, billing dates, and identifiers or status information received from Stripe. We do not store full payment-card details.
• Technical information such as timestamps, browser or device details, request information, IP-related security data, and operational error logs.

3. Translation requests and LIVE comments

Text submitted to AI Translator and public comments processed during an active Live Translator session are used to provide translation and related product functions. Selected source and target languages are also processed.

LIVE comments are held in memory for the active session and are not saved by Live Intelligence as chat history. Live comments are not used by Live Intelligence to train AI models. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information for translation.

4. Saved workspace content

Information you deliberately save, including reusable comments, supporter details, LIVE records, clocks, Quick Access links, notes, and profile preferences, is stored in the private workspace linked to your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have an appropriate reason and legal basis to save personal information about another person.

5. Why we process information

Depending on the context, we process information to perform our agreement with you, meet legal obligations, protect legitimate interests, or act with your consent.

• Create and secure accounts, maintain sessions, and provide requested product features.
• Process subscription status and provide billing support.
• Prevent abuse, enforce usage limits, troubleshoot errors, and maintain service reliability.
• Respond to support and privacy requests and comply with legal obligations.

6. Service providers and disclosures

We use carefully selected service providers where needed to host and operate Live Intelligence, process translations, deliver TikTok LIVE connectivity, and process payments. They process information under their own terms or our instructions, depending on their role.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a legitimate business reorganization. We do not sell personal data.

7. Cookies and browser storage

Live Intelligence uses essential authentication cookies to keep signed-in sessions secure. Browser storage remembers preferences such as interface and translation-language choices, favorites, and recent languages.

8. Usage and service analytics

We may use operational measurements derived from service activity to understand reliability, usage limits, errors, and feature health. Current public pages do not rely on optional advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9. Data retention

We retain account and saved workspace information while your account remains active or as needed to provide the service. Operational logs, security records, subscription records, and consent records may be retained for shorter or longer periods where reasonably necessary for security, dispute resolution, accounting, or legal compliance.

LIVE Translator comments are not retained as chat history. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it, subject to backups and legal obligations.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data and restrict access. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You can help by using a strong, unique password, keeping your device secure, and signing out of devices you no longer use.

11. International processing

Some service providers may process information outside Greece or the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on recognized safeguards or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
