Live Intelligence applies usage limits to protect availability and control translation costs. When a limit is reached, the request returns a 429 response and the interface may ask you to wait.
Retry-After indicates how long to wait before trying again. Trial accounts have a lower daily manual translation allowance than paid and complimentary access. Avoid repeatedly submitting the same request while waiting.
